6 Week Camp 2010 Dates June 6 June 13 June 27 July 11 July 18 July 25   The Sunday Night Junior Golf Program runs for 6 weeks and is designed to give juniors ages 5-16 the chance to learn about golf; enjoy competition; and spend quality time with family and friends.   Each participant will receive PGA Instruction and will spend some time playing the course. Our camp includes instruction; on-course play; a bag tag & hat clip, and a buffet dinner each week at 6:00 PM for Camp Students!  Additional family members are welcome to dine at the buffet for only $ 15 per adult & $ 10 per child (12 & under).    Download the Sign up form below:       Children can only play the course when a parent is with them or if they have been certified to play the course by our professionals.   Sunday golf is for the participants only and parents are asked to help monitor the juniors with proper course etiquette (ie. fixing divots; playing at the appropriate pace; repairing ball marks etc...) to ensure the kids maximize their experiences on the course.  Proper Golf Attire for Kids & Parents.             These camps are the perfect introduction for the Junior who has an interest in learning the game of golf.  As Juniors become more serious about the game we offer Private Golf Instruction with Junior Discount packages.        2010 Rates      Ages 5 to 16 Full Member  $ 295.00             Social Member                  $ 325.00         Non-Member             $ 350.00   Sign Up Notice!!! Talamore Members have preferred Sign Up thru April 15, 2010 Non-Members may sign up starting April 16, 2010 based on availability (Please check with the Pro-Shop)   Structure -          Juniors will be broken into groups based on a combination of age, ability, and experience.  We will limit the number of juniors in each group to 16 in order to maximize the individual attention given to each junior, and to better manage the usage of the golf course each week. -          All groups receive a 1/2 hour of instruction and then will spend time on the course.  Groups will be assigned ‘starting times’ for the course between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.  Golf instruction for a assigned group will begin 30 minutes before the student goes out onto the course accompanied by a parent (unless certified).  Older and more advanced students will start first, as they will have the ability to play more holes.  Younger or less experienced students will arrive later in the camp for a 1/2 hour of golf instruction and the opportunity to play a few holes on the course. -          Our golf professionals will be teaching & supervising each week.  They will provide instruction and guidance, and also roam the course at times to help out the parents and children.  We’ll have a starter at the first tee to expedite players onto the course, and we’ll have JUNIOR TEES out each week to ensure a good pace of play, and fair setup for all levels of junior golfers. -          Each junior is expected to have his or her own clubs.  -          Once signed up, juniors may participate as often as they wish.  Weekly attendance is not mandatory!        Included In Each Camp     Instruction              On Course Play           Buffet Dinner Weekly (included for camp students) Hat-Clip & Bag Tag   Additional Family Members $ 15.00  Adults $ 10.00 Children (12 & under)       Payment can be made with Cash, Check or Credit Card.  Please fill out this application and return it to the Pro-shop by mail or in person.   Click here to download & print application   Talamore Country Club Attn: Pro-Shop 723 Talamore Drive     Ambler, PA  19002
